You Don’t Have to

Figure It All Out Alone

In-person and online therapy to help you navigate the transitions of young adulthood in a judgment-free space.

ADULTHOOD IS HARD

You don’t have to pretend it isn’t.

The transition into adulthood can be a lot to navigate. Add anxiety, trauma, or ADHD to the mix, and even everyday decisions can start to feel overwhelming.

Maybe you find it hard to start anything.

Maybe your brain won’t shut off, and you replay conversations or scenarios for hours.

Or maybe you’re not feeling much of anything, just… numb.

It’s exhausting when you’re trying to keep up, keep everyone happy, and look like you have it all together when, honestly, you’re not sure how everyone else seems to have adulthood figured out.

At Isles End Counseling, you can show up exactly as you are, without having to explain, minimize, or mask what you’re going through. Together, we’ll figure out what’s making life feel so hard, what you need to feel better, and what you want your life to look like.

No judgment. No pretending. Just a warm, safe place to start.

“Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.'”

Michelle Brunault

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Hi, I'm Michelle, and for more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with young adults as they figure out who they are, what they want, and where they’re headed.

I love working with people like you because your energy, your perspectives, and the big questions you bring make this such an exciting time for discovery and change.

When we work together, you’ll find a supportive, friendly space where you can just be yourself and talk openly. My job isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, spot new possibilities, and find what genuinely works for your life.

No pressure to have all the answers. Just someone in your corner while you figure out what comes next.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND

when you begin therapy...

A Place to Be Yourself

Start where you are. You'll find no judgment, no pressure to have the right words, and no need to pretend everything is fine.

A Partner, Not a Fixer

We’ll work together to understand what’s going on, explore what might help, and figure out what feels right for you.

Tools for Real Life

You’ll leave sessions with new ways to understand yourself and handle the situations, relationships, and challenges that come your way.

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but honestly, there’s no one-size-fits-all formula. I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools and tailor each session to your needs and preferences, always at a pace that feels right for you.

During each session, you can expect a comfy chair, my full attention, and a healthy dose of humor. You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly where to start. Together, we’ll figure it out, one step at a time.

Living with anxiety, ADHD, or trauma can make it feel like your brain has 100 tabs open and your battery is at 1%.

LET'S QUIET THE NOISE.
