Help for when life feels like a lot.

MY SPECIALTIES

Anxiety, ADHD & trauma.

Big life transitions can stir up a lot of complex feelings, leaving you feeling disconnected or left behind. Whether you’re wrestling with mental clutter, burnout, or old wounds, this is a safe, zero-judgment space to catch your breath and find your footing.

Anxiety

Trying to figure out your next move while your brain is busy overthinking everything can leave you feeling completely stuck. Maybe you’re weighing every possible outcome, replaying conversations, or wondering if you’re making the “right” choice.

Whether you’re navigating college, starting a career, or figuring out difficult relationships, it can be exhausting to live with a constant stream of what-ifs and worst-case scenarios.

When your brain is always looking for what could go wrong, it can be hard to trust yourself, make decisions, or even see what you actually want.

Therapy can help you quiet some of that noise, understand what’s driving the anxiety, and feel more confident moving forward.

ADHD/Executive Functioning:

If you're constantly wrestling with disorganization, missing deadlines, or freezing up when it’s time to start a project, executive dysfunction is likely the cause. It is exhausting to feel like you're sprinting just to stay in the same place while watching your classmates and friends glide ahead.

You’re not lazy. Your brain may just need a different approach.

I provide practical, non-shaming support designed specifically for young adults with ADHD. Step by step, we'll design systems that support your focus, protect your energy, and help you navigate adulthood with confidence.

Trauma

When you’ve been through difficult or painful experiences, your mind and body can stay on high alert long after the danger has passed.

You might find yourself constantly on guard, waiting for the other shoe to drop, or feeling emotionally exhausted before your day even begins. Even when things are okay, it can be hard to let yourself believe they’re okay.

Healing doesn’t mean you have to tear everything open all at once. My approach is trauma-informed, which means we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. We’ll make space for what you’ve been through while also stepping forward into a life that belongs to you, not your trauma.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Adulthood is a lot, but you deserve a space where you can just be real and catch your breath. Let’s tackle the noise and build your next chapter together.
