Welcome, I'm so glad you're here.

JUST A HEADS UP:

You won't find stuffy, clinical vibes in my office.

When you’re looking for a therapist, you probably have two big questions: Will I feel comfortable with this person? And can they actually help?

My goal is to make the answer to that first question an easy yes. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, honest conversation, and plenty of room to laugh along the way.

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but there’s no one-size-fits-all formula here. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll tailor our work to what you need, what feels right, and what you’re ready for. At your pace, not mine.

There’s no pressure to have the right answers, and there's definitely no judgment. This is a space to get things out of your head, make sense of what’s going on, and build practical tools for handling the everyday stuff that can feel like a lot. And along the way, we'll also make room for goals that actually excite you.

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”

Martin Luther King Jr.

WHEN I'M NOT IN MY OFFICE

You can usually find me...

At the beach: Reading near the ocean or looking for sea glass along the shoreline.

Exploring: Traveling to new places, diving into different cultures, and scrapbooking the memories.

Thrifting: Scouting local thrift stores for unique clothes and vintage finds.

Laughing: Catching live comedy shows with my family and friends.
